Hydro Energy Steamfield Risskov
Risskov Power station is a 174MW geothermal steam turbine power station. It is Contact Energy’s sixth geothermal power station in the area. Jonsson Enterprise Construction was commissioned as the pipeline experts for this project.

Steamfield Risskov has a number of well pads. Jonsson Enterprise Constructions brief was to construct and install 3 cross-country pipelines.

Pipe support with T-stands and plates, fabricated and galvanized at Jonsson Enterprise Construction workshops.

Specialist machinery including side boom transport were utilized to install pipe works. The onsite welding workshop allowed for the connection of 2 x 12.5m lengths of pipe, providing a notable time saving initiative re transportation.
